If you would like to speak to someone regarding your order, please send us an email with your phone number and a preferred time to call and we will call you back to answer your questions or assist you with your purchase.

We will answer your questions during regular business hours M-F 8a-5p, usually within one hour of your inquiry. Messages are checked throughout non-business hours and you may receive an immediate response. Please be assured any inquiries outside of normal business hours will be handled immediately when normal business hours resume.

If you have question as to the authenticity of your sunglasses...the glasses on this site are indeed authentic. Before you question their authenticity, please consider the following:

• Do you have the correct style code? The brands we carry have many similar style and color codes, please ensure you have the correct one.
   
• Do you have the correct brand? Some brands such as Ralph by Ralph Lauren and D&G also make similar brands such as Polo by Ralph Lauren, or simply Ralph Lauren...just as D&G also makes Dolce & Gabbana.
   
• Are you trying to replace an older pair? If so the manufacturer sometimes makes adjustments to their designs or colors. We do not control manufacturer modifications. Additionally, over the years some of your favorite brands of sunglasses have migrated from one manufacturer to another. There are known differences in the styles and they will not be the same. Please contact us if you are trying to replace a pair you love, so you are not disappointed. We will check with the manufacturer to ensure they have not made any recent changes to the product.
   
• Are you going by how they fit in a store? Keep in mind these sunglasses have never been tried on, so they are not "stretched out." For sunglasses that have an adjustable nosepad it is possible that pair you are trying on in the store has been adjusted and re-adjusted.
   
• Who are you getting your information from that they are not authentic? Perhaps someone at a store that would much rather sell you their pair of more expensive sunglasses?
