A: FoxValleyViews.com is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. When you enter the secured portion of our site, as soon as you select CHECKOUT, you will see https:// and know that your financial information is secure. FoxValleyViews.com uses PayPal for all credit card processing. FoxValleyViews.com therefore does not take possession of your credit card number and it cannot be viewed by outside parties.
Your credit card is charged once we confirm the item(s) you ordered is/are available for shipment. Backordered items will not be charged until the item is again available. Special Order items will be charged when order is placed.
Q: Can I ship to an address different than my bill to address?
A: Due to online fraud, we will verbally contact the billing party in order to process an order shipping to a city other than that of the bill to address. Any orders that we cannot confirm will be subsequently cancelled. Any suspicious orders will be subject to a processing delay while we confirm the validity of the order.

Q: How may I cancel an order?
A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, as long as the order has not entered the shipping process, by e-mailing
customer service. If your order has been processed by the time of your cancellation call, we cannot reverse
shipping: your order will have to be delivered to you and then you may return the undesired product for refund or exchange according to our
Return/Exchange Policies.
Q: Are all your products
authentic?
A: Yes, all products we sell are 100%
authentic to their respective brand names and ship to you with their original retail packaging and all applicable extras (case, cleaning cloth, care manual, etc). Applicable extras vary per model and/or manufacturer. We do NOT sell used, refurbished, factory seconds, or imitation sunglasses. Any claims to the contrary will be vigorously proven to be false.
Q: What type of warranty do you offer with your sunglasses?
A: All products include a full manufacturer's warranty and are subject to each manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Specifics regarding each product/brand warranty can be found on the item's product page of our website. Certain manufacturers process repairs and warranty defects directly. Dealing directly with the manufacturer can be convenient and save you time and money. Please note the manufacturer is responsible for any warranty issues, however we will attempt to assist you with any problems you might have if they occur shortly after you receive your items. IMPORTANT: There is no scratch warranty on sunglass lenses! Please contact us for instructions on who to contact if you have a warranty issue with sunglasses that you purchased from FoxValleyViews.com.
Q: I have a question regarding an order, how may I contact you?
A: All customer inquiries are handled via email to keep our costs low. You will typically get a response within minutes of your question, however a response to some inquiries may take up to 24 hours. Please contact
customer service.
Q: How do backorders work?
A: Sometimes, both FoxValleyViews.com and the manufacturer of a particular model can run out of stock. In this case, we must wait until the manufacturer produces more before we can ship out your order. If your item needs to be backordered, we will let you know the approximate waiting time (usually expect 7-10 business days plus delivery time) before fulfilling your order. If you still wish to order the item, we will charge your account and your order will be
shipped as soon as possible.
Q: Why do the majority of the items you sell show an availability of 1-3 business days?
A: If we do not have an item in-stock, we are able to obtain all items from the manufacturer within 1-2 business days, assuming the item is in-stock at the manufacturer. Items may become available or unavailable without notice provided by the manufacturer. We do our best to keep up with backorders, special orders, and discontinuations however the sunglasses industry is ever-changing. We appreciate your understanding if an item becomes backordered or discontinued. Our goal is to communicate with you as soon as we realize an item is backordered or unavailable. We ship all items the same day we receive them from the manufacturer.
Q: Do you
ship internationally?
A: We currently offer shipping to most countries, including U.S. military (APO/AFO) address.
Q: How may I refuse delivery of my purchase?
A: If you have not yet opened the package, leave the package unopened, circle the return address, and write clearly "Return to Sender" across the front. When we receive the package, your account will be credited for the amount paid, less the
shipping/handling charge and 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum) and we will send you an e-mail message confirming our receipt of the return and how your credit will be applied.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We currently only charge sales tax for orders shipped within Wisconsin, which is currently at 5% of your purchase price. All other locations will not be charged sales tax.
Q: I am looking for an item that is not shown on your website, can I still purchase it?

sales. We will immediately attempt to locate the style or color you are looking for and provide you with price and availability. All reputable sellers of the brands of the sunglasses we carry, obtain their items from the same manufacturer, therefore if you have seen a color or style available elsewhere, we too should be able to provide it to you.
Q: Can I order a replacement part such as lens or temple, etc. for an item even if I did not purchase my sunglasses from your store?
A: Yes, we can provide you with replacement parts for your sunglasses. We are able to order most replacement parts although the manufacturer does not sell the frames alone. In most cases you must order the set such as both lenses or both temples. Please

Q: Can I place a special order for a non-standard sunglass (such as a mix and match for frame and temple?)
A: We can certainly customize an order for you, with restrictions. The Ray-Ban Wayfarer is a popular style to customize. Customers may want the frame one color and the temples of a different color. While you will need to order a complete unit of one of the items we can also assist you in ordering additional temples that you can use to customize your sunglasses. Please
