Shipping Information

All orders are processed each business day at 12:00 pm Central Time and should ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00p will be processed the next business day and shipped the following business day. Our goal is to ship you your order within 3 business days (or better) of the process date. If we are unable to meet this goal, you should receive an email notification as to our expected ship date. Please keep in mind it is impossible to have all styles in all colors in-stock at all times. We work with the manfacturer to have most items available, ready to ship, the day following your order placement. If you have a specific need for your sunglasses, please email us prior to or shortly after placing your order. We want to meet our customers delivery needs, therefore we will check our stock and that of the manufacturers to ensure you will receive the item when you need it.

Our typical timeline is as follows:

Orders placed 12:01pm Saturday through 12:00pm on Monday will be processed and should ship Tuesday. Orders placed 12:01pm Monday through 12:00pm Tuesday will be processed and should ship Wednesday. Orders placed 12:01pm Tuesday through 12:00pm Wednesday will be processed and should ship Thursday. Orders placed 12:01pm Wednesday through 12:00pm Thursday will be processed and should ship Friday. Orders placed 12:01pm Thursday through 12:00pm Saturday will be processed and should ship Monday. There are times when shipment may be delayed by one business day, due to a delay in receiving a shipment from the manufacturer. If you have deadlines please be sure to contact us via email before or after order placement so we can meet your delivery requests.

If we do not have the item in-stock, and the item is back-ordered by the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately as well as provide you with an intended ship date. Some items come from our manufacturer's location in Italy, which may delay your order. Once we determine the item is coming from Italy, you will be notified immediately. You may then decide to cancel your order if we cannot meet your needs.
 

We use USPS Priority Mail as our standard shipping method for shipments to the US. USPS Priority Mail can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO/APO, US territories, and post office boxes at the same rate. No matter where our customers live, they all receive the same great service at the same great rate.
 

Please note, at this time we ship to most countries. If you are unable to select your country when entering address information, please contact us to see if we can ship to your location.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

You may also select USPS Express Mail to receive your shipment. In most cases the item will deliver by Noon on the next day AFTER date of shipment. During heavy shipment times, it may deliver by Noon on the second day AFTER date of shipment.

We also offer UPS shipments. UPS is a great option if you need a definitive delivery date. UPS is fully traceable and you can see when your item is out for delivery. Our FREE SHIPPING OFFER does not apply to UPS. You may select UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air.

International Customers

We use USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International for our International customers. We have found USPS Priority Mail International  and USPS Express Mail International to be the best option for customs handling and length of time for delivery.

We follow all customs regulations and will not mark any purchases as "gift"; the value is what you paid for the item (not including shipping.) Your customs office may charge fees/taxes to receive your items, however this is not controlled by FoxValleyViews.com.

When entering address information, please select 'Other' for the State option and complete your address information.
