In order to order replacement parts, you must contact us to get a quote first.
If you have a quote for your replacement part(s), please enter all information regarding the item you are purchasing such as description, item and/or color code, and size if necessary in the open field and enter the price quoted in the our price field. Please click Add to Cart. You may now check-out as normal.
Replacement parts are genuine and authentic replacement parts directly from the manufacturer. At times the codes many not exactly match the codes on your original item, due to some parts being interchangeable, but they are indeed direct from the manufacturer. All lenses and temples come in pairs and are only available in pairs. Replacement parts are usually stored in Italy. Please allow for 1-3 weeks from the date of ordering to receive your shipping tracking #. Replacement parts are considered a SPECIAL ORDER therefore you may not cancel an order for replacement parts. Once they are ordered from the manufacturer, the order with them cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be processed if the manufacturer is unable to provide the replacement parts within three weeks from the order date. Replacement parts are non-returnable or exchangeable; please make sure you are ordering the correct parts.
Temples do not come with screws; if you need screws as well, please let us know and include this request in your shipment detail. Typically screws can be added for no additional charge. Replacement parts are shipped for a flat rate: $4.95 for US shipments and $13.95 for international shipments.
